Chuẩn bị nguyện liệu. Đun sôi 1/2 nồi nước, bạn cho vào nồi một ít dầu ăn và muối. Đợi nước sôi lên, thả hết nui vào luộc chín theo hướng dẫn sử dụng trên bao bì. Đừng luộc quá mềm nui sẽ nhũn ăn mất ngon, dùng vợt rổ vớt nui ra tô để ráo, giữ lại 2 muỗng canh nước luộc nui.
Trong lúc luộc nui, bạn nạo thịt bơ rồi cho vào máy xay sinh tố cùng tỏi băm, ngò rí băm, nước cốt chanh, dầu olive. Cho nước luộc nui đã giữ lại vào xay mịn. Khi nui đã sẵn sàng, bạn trút sốt lên nui. Rắc muối và tiêu lên mặt nui.
Khi ăn, bạn trộn đều sốt cùng với nui nhé. Bạn cũng có thể chiên thêm 1 quả trứng để tăng độ thơm ngon hơn cho món ăn nè. Món này dùng nóng hay lạnh đều ngon cả.
